Eastside Design Group's Discount Tile Outlet carries porcelain, ceramic and decorative tile for floors, walls, showers and backsplashes.
Tile is the one material in a remodel you live with every day, underfoot and at eye level. Our Bellevue outlet keeps a working inventory of porcelain, ceramic, glass and natural stone so you can compare a matte floor tile against a glazed wall tile in the same light, with the grout joint and finish in front of you instead of on a screen.
The selection spans large-format porcelain for open floors, classic subway and handmade-look wall tile, mosaic and hexagon sheets for shower floors and niches, and decorative patterned tile for entries, fireplaces and laundry rooms. Because it is an outlet, stock moves and prices stay competitive, which is why we encourage a visit rather than a catalogue order.
Bring your cabinet door, countertop sample or a photo of the room and our design staff will help you build a combination that works: slip resistance where it matters, a grout colour that hides wear, and enough overage ordered so one cracked tile years from now is not a problem.

Tile questions
What should I bring to choose tile?
Rough room measurements and a photo of the space. If you already have a cabinet door, countertop sample or paint chip, bring it so we can compare in person.
Can I take samples home?
Ask our team in the showroom. Seeing tile in your own lighting is the best way to decide, and we'll help you pick the right pieces to try.
How much extra tile should I order?
We'll work out quantities with you, including overage for cuts and breakage, based on your layout and tile size.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No. Walk in any time during showroom hours (Mon to Fri 10 to 5, Sat 10 to 4, Sun 12 to 3). If those times don't work, call us and we'll set up an appointment.
